This is a list of local Clubs and Societies - by which we mean local non-profit-making organisations that are run by and for their members, in pursuit of common interests. Not included here are:
- toddler groups (see EDUCATION/EARLY YEARS)
- charitable organisations (see COMMUNITY & SOCIAL/VOLUNTARY & CHARITABLE ORGANSIATIONS)
- church clubs (see COMMUNITY & SOCIAL/FAITH & WORSHIP)
The list is alphabetical by "ACTIVITY". If you click on the title of another column, underlined in blue, eg "NAME" then the list will be sorted alphabetically on the name of the club or organisation. If you already know the name of the club you're looking for, this will be the fastest way of finding it.
